2 shoe adjustable or 3 shoe clutch?

Finally got my CAG going after doing quite a few mods and i dont think the clutch liked the new power as it broke a clutch spring and it was engaging at just off idle making it a slug on take off.

So both clutches are about the same price so which do you guys recommend. Obviosly the adjustable one is good for the fact its adjustable but what do the 3 shoe ones take off like and are the "high performance" 3 shoe clutches on Ebay any good?

2 shoe clutches are good for performance & track use but dont last long they wear even faster if not set up properly

the 3 shoe with 10 turn springs are a good all round clutch for private or track use & usually last longer

Thanks MAC i was heading towards the 3 shoe 10 turn ones.... off to ebay!
