49cc Pocket Bike Wont Start..HELP

Hey, I looked all over these forums and found nothin that helps lol..anyways, I just bought a brand new pocket bike off eBay http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=130055367918 thing is it wont start.... I have the chock open all the way and the white fuel intake turned vertical...when I try to start it a bit of gas comes out a small plastic tube at the bottum and leaks...a lot really anyone have any tips or links on how I can get it started? I just got this for christmas yesterday and was plannin of ridin it yerterday but didn't happen..so much excitement spoils it the User manual says MT-AII and inside it says its a 49cc.

so anyone got any ideas how I can start it? I almost got it started a few times it kinda started for about 5 seconds then stopped...do I need to turn the accelerator while starting or anything...when im starting I do 3 pull outs slowly then 1 big fast pull what am I doing wrong?

AND YES I did check the spart plug

try taking the float bowl off the bottom of the carby. sounds like a stuck float. check that the float moves freely and then put it back together.

(by 1/4 fairing i mean 1/2 with a lot of plastic cut away to fit the new fuel tank and have a better turning circle)

if the float keeps on sticking you will have to get a new carbie. i have a 14/14 rep and have never had a problem.

sounds like its just flooding a simple float ajustment will fix it

also look to make sure the bowl gasket is not damaged

when it floods shut fuel off remove spark plug and let it sit in the sun for a hour or 2 pulling engine over every now and again to evaporate the fuel left in the cylinder & crank case
