stalling problem, plz help

hi guys i was wondering if anyone can help me with a problem we are having with my mates cag. we only just got it the other day. the first day it was running fine and then the next it just went bad. it kept on stalling when trying to run. sometimes we would get a couple of minutes of it running, other times it would stop after 5 seconds.

we replaced the spark plug today with a ngk bm6a but that didnt solve the problem, so we decided to pull apart the carbie to hopefully unblock anything blocked. it all seemed to be fine, we pulled it apart and gave it a bit of a clean up thinking it would solve the problem. but it hasnt. i was wondering if anybody has any ideas on what i can do to fix the problem?

thanks.

sounds like a fuel problem
vent hole in cap could be blocked
tank outlet blocked or plastic in tank and lines
fuel line could be kinked bent blocked
fuel tap rubber may be blocked or moved so tap is not working correctly
fuel filter blockage
main jet my have blockage blow it out with compressed air
make sure choke is off !!
last thing faulty coil or electrics but sounds like fuel

I had same problem - if yours is the same as mine try turning the nylon fuel switch a bit because if you turn it too many times in the one direction then it stops all fuel regardless of whether it's horizontal or vertical.

hmm the spark plug is getting wet. and we have the choke off. hmm it may be to do with the nylon plug because when we have it in the horizontal position (off) it still runs somewhat the same as it does when its in the vertical position (on). how would i be able to fix this if this is the problem?
