when your main jet is blocked, you dont realy need to buy a new one. Cleaning it with an air compressor does the exact same thing, but it costs nothing

Problem:intermitent cutting out
Symptoms:just stops then goes
Cause:kill switch wire melted to cylinder
Resolution:cable tie
Cost:$0

my bike doenst have a spark

iv changed the coil and the flywheel, but still no spark, i also bought a new ngk spark plug

anyone got any ideas

RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
a new coil and a new plug and still no spark. disconnect the thin wire that comes from the coil as your kill switch may be stuck to earth. check the coil to flywheel clearance. check the sparkplug gap.

I bought a bike off OzAuctions approx 3 months ago and now my bike has oil pissing out of it somewhere...Anyone got any solutions? Cheers

check fuel line, see if it is cracked, replace it, also replace fuel filter ($4 all up)

also it may be coming out of ur carbie overflow, clean your carbie (free)

Problem:leaking fuel out the overflow pipe
Symptoms:all your fuel disapering out of you tank
Cause:the float getting stuck or the needle and seat is jamed
Resolution:take off the bowl and clean the needle and seat and make sure the float is ok.
Cost:no cost.

Problem:clutch isnt working
Symptoms:wheel turns when you pul it.
Cause:clutch spring is busted
Resolution:buy a new one
Cost:$5 for spring or $30 for the clutch.

Problem:bike not starting
Symptoms: doersnt want to idle (cold start)
Cause:cold and needs a little help
Resolution:"start you bastard" or "aerostart"
