Riding in streets

Whats the deal with riding around on regular streets?

It's illegal to ride the bikes on any road or road related area, such as carparks, footpaths, bicycle tracks etc that is open to the public. For carparks, unless it is a private carpark that is enclosed and/or closed off to the public it's the same deal. Regulations have been changed that the engine sizes on pocket bikes can now be subject to the same offences and penalties as larger bikes/cars being unregistered, uninsured, unlicenced (for those without a bike licence). Each offence in NSW off the top of my head is around $550 each. Hope that helps out a bit for you.
