from perth need watercooled!!!

Hey everyone im new to the pocketbike thing and i have done quite a bit of research and i am intersted in purchasing a watercooled pocketbike.

Only problem is i dont know where to purchase from beacause im in perth!! i have been to the mod shop and some movement place..

they had a C1 copy of the blata for $990.. the guy claimed it does 120kph im nto sure if tehre is much truth in this as i checked the net and even the blata original only comes around 10kw which needs to be modded to get to 120 i would say. But ye i have checked the net and Zuma offeres the Taipan 39cc watercooled for around 600 plus 150 delivery. However im not going to order someting i have not sat on. I sat on the Blata chinese copy and it was excellent fit so im not sure how similar the blata is to the Taipan (polini dreambike copy)..

From what i have seen on the web the chinese copies would be fine for me however they go real cheap on ebay etc,,, but i cannot believe the specifications, and i have no idea what the copies really produce..

Help would be appreciated on getting my hands on a watercooled in perth, I don't believe $990 is a reasonable price for the C1.

Hope to hear from you guys soon

double
I paid $1399 for my pocket racer B1 rep about 12 months ago. It came race prepped and with full backup service, which at the time was very usefull. The B1 rep has changed a bit as a few other chinese companys have jumped on the band wagon, these bikes in my opinion are not as good in build quality as the SQ bikes. SQ being the chinese manufacturer at the time, they may very well be still churning them out.
No they don't do 120km/hr mine is modded a fair bit and with the gearing for racing will pull about 85-90km/hr. It feels like 120 though. If you have sat on one and it feels good there is no reson why you can't order one from anywhere in OZ. Check ozminimoto I'm pretty sure he ships all over the country as do many of the other dealers viperformance and carter racing etc. I recieved mine in a box and felt like a kid in a lolly shop when I was putting it together.....All the best with the purchase, any Q's can be answered here.

What are my options for the 39cc water cooled class, and what do these bikes actually put out? I have seen the Blata reps all over the net and ever single site has different specifications so i really have no idea what im looking at. I would still really appreciate it if there are any dealers in perth of these watercooled machines.

Cheers guys.

they will be somehwere between 6.5hp and 7. Cags are around 2 to 2.5hp so you can expect it to be much faster once the clutch is setup correctly.

My B1Rep has been very unreliable so far. here is what you have todo to avoid my problems if you get one.

1. Titen up the exhuast muffler (2 screws)

2. Lower the ride hieght so the fairings dont scrape the front wheel

3. Titen up the footpegs and get some decent ones.

4. Wash out the water tank! (Absoloutely FULL of crap!)

5. Put some alliminuim foil under the fuel tank and fairings to stop them melting.
