52cc Custom Engine.

Hey Guys,

Just Letting everyone Know In about 2 Months Time, I'll Have my custom CAG Engine up and running Just wanting to let everyone know about it and Let me Know what you Think.. Will Take some pictures when it arrives, and Will give you A Full Report On How The Setup Goes.

This Bike Is not for Full Out Racing Just for Street And Local Racing At A Carpark.

Heres What The Engine will Have:

13:1 Compression 2 Peice Headkit
Fatboy Exhaust
ADA Fibreglass Reed
Timing Key (If Required)
14/14 Carb
Full Circle Stroker Crank
2 Shoe Clutch

Heres The Work That Is Getting Done to It (By RD RACING):

Headkit porting (Either 3 Or 5 Port)
Crankcase Porting
New Bearings and Oil Seals
Carb Porting
Engine Balancing (Inc Installing Full Circle Crank, And Balancing Right)
Everything Tuned Perfectly
Also Little Engine Tweaks

Appearance Mods

Full Black Plastics
Black Plastic Window (Lost for words, You Know What I'm Talking About)
Braiden Lines, Fuel, Throttle, Brakes etc.
Maybe Some Neon Wire.. Prob Red, Green Or Blue.
Also Might Think About Painting The Wheels White.
With All This work Done, The Engine Will Be Very Very Fast. I Will let Everyone Know How it Goes and Take Some Pics and Maybe Vid Of The Speed It Gets, Over Here In Perth, Will Deff Be The Fastest CAG.

Now people will Probably Say "Why Didnt You Get a WC" etc, But In Stock Form The C1's Will Be Beaten By This Engine. And also Its My Engine, That I Chose The Parts and So On For.. Its Self Respect To Get Out There and Beat Everyone Your Way.. Rather Than Spending The Money On a Bike That Is Not 1% You.

Also Im Getting All These Parts and Engine work Done Very Cheap, So The Money Could Of NOT Bought me a WC.. I'll let You Know On The Progress But Let Me Know What You Think And Any Other Things You'd Like to See On It.

lills, if you paint your fairings black, do it in a satin finish not gloss. my son has one of the pbu lucky 7 black satin finish p bikes with a fluro orange frame and wheels, very bright. this fluro paint comes in a powder form that you mix with any clear type paint, you must have a white base color for this to work just like the normal fluro paints, this brand of fluro is made in u.s.a. by maus motosports. other colors available are; red, green, magenta, blue, pink, purple, all very bright colors and don,t fade like the normal fluro paint.

Yeah I Really Like The Sound Of The Black And The Yellow (My Favourite Colour), So Might Have to work With the Yellow, If I get The Neons Will Prob Lean Towards More Blue.
