will these make a noticable change in performance

i new to all this and i was just wondering and it has prob been asked and answered before but does an air filter, better reeds and a better exthaust make a noticable change in performance

YES, a good air filter and also a good fuel filter will both let the engine breath how us humans do and the good fuel filter will keep out any pieces of bad stuff that will stop the engine just like our heart. if you replace both the reeds with [fibreglass reeds] and the pipe with say a fatboy your engine will come to life just like we train to become fitter.

does any1 no where maylands performance is they pipe spings and tank 4 140$ thats how much ipaid for mine at pooraka der 170$
