My bike won't start

Hey, I have a fairly inexpensive 49cc pocket bike that was a gift from a friend.

It is a pull start, and I can't get it to turn over. When I do try to start it, there is a clear tube coming from the carburetor that leaks fuel. I get sparks from the spark plug, but it just won't start.

Can anyone help me? If you don't know, do you know of any links which would help me fix my bike?

Thanks

RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
your carby must be cleaned out, especially the opposite end of the float assembly where the tiny white plastic needle sits.
