RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
King-D, as i have advised many about fuel problems, the cause of this is build up of foreign matter [crap] that is in the fuel tank left there from factory building, the fuel tank MUST be cleaned out before any use of the bike also the fuel filter and fuel line Must be replaced with good quality type. if this is all done you will have a good reliable engine.

Surely build up cant be caused after only 10 min of use. How shit are these bikes????

Some people have been telling me about the screw on the carb, could that help solve the issue temporary by providing more fuel???

Thx for your help.

i think i have the same problem but ive cleaned the fule tank/fule filter/cleaned caby jets/checked spark plug and the bikes still wont start
to start my bike i have to flick a little lever just behind the ar filter to half wat(shuts of air flow) then i start it and it starts in under 10 pull's. then befor i take off i push this little leaver thing back up to give maximun air flow and the bike if fine. my bike is'nt a new one so its been run in. i dont know if its any good for the bike :?: but at least its safer then the way i had to get it started befor 8) (i was putling my hand where the air filter is then once it starts quickly moving my hand and screwing the air filter back in place :o

Are You Talking about The Choke, If so Most pocket Bikes Need to Be Started With the choke On.

Hey, i manaqed to get the bike going without it cutting out. But the only way i managed that was to have the choke lever down (pointing towards the ground all the time) and the idle screw set so that the bike moves slightly. IS THIS SETTING OK OR WIL IT DAMAGE THE BIKE?

sorry about this nood question  still learning about the bikes(only had mine since saturday )

is the choke the leaver behind the air filter that when its down it restrics air flow?

also my bike wont idle, i start it but it just takes off, i relised on the bit where the clutch cable conects behind the air filter once you give it abit of gas it dosent go back to the idle positon, it this nnormal? the guy i bought it of has a spring there but is dosent do the job so im gona put my owne spring in their next time i take the farings off.

Hi King_dennis

My mate just bought a samurai pocket bike as well and we spent a good 3 hours trying to figure out why it kept stopping. sometimes it would stop after a few seconds, sometimes it would run for 5 mins and then stop.

I suggest that you check the electrics. On these poorly built samurais i found one of the electrical cable connectors wasnt covered with the plastic cover fully, the copper conenctor was sometimes touching the frame of the bike and i assume this was causing the spark plug to stop firing, hence the engine dies.

we covered the connector fully and we never had a problem again!

perhaps this may help you too.
