Perth and Pockets bikes? Ya right!

I thought riding a full size bike got you attitude in Perth, but...

I have called all the kart tracks in Perth and all I get is real bad attitude. As soon as I mention the word Pocketbike Its like I have sworn at them. The voice goes cold and its "No" "Dont know" "Bye"

Whats up with this? I recently bought a cheapie on the web to simply have fun on, legally. I have yet to even ride it as being new to Perth I have no iead of where i can go to ride without having to look over the shoulder for the police. As an adult of 37 years of age, surely I should be resposible enough to ride a tiny pocket bike on a kart track without offending anyone...well i think so anyway!

I have also contacted the PBRA and had no response to date. My advice is to buy another full size bike, head for the hills and have fun

jeez mate are you 8 years old?
any copper worthy of his job would confiscate the bike, fine you or your parents or give you a formal warning (recorded one). i think saying wearing a helmet is the smartest thing in your post, as doing the speed limit is dumb (hear me out) as most people have no brake lights therefore no way to tell cars you are stopping. a car hitting you at pretty much 10k's plus in the arse/back is gunna do major damage. riding on roads in general is dumb.
'screw legality'----what the hell is becoming of todays kids. you need a good kick up the arse if you're gunna give people such dangerous advice.
