HELP.. newbie needs help..

Watsup everyone, im new to this site and just recently purchased an PB.
Only thing tho is that the manual i have dosent cover everything i want to kno and find out about on PB's, parts, etc.

PLEEZ!! could ne one help me,
I want to find out whats the best stuff to use to clean the air filter, ive been previously told that petrol was good, then another person sed that it was bad, and another person sed "USE OIL".,

Now i dont kno huu to believe..

Can someone pleez tell me what reeds and clutch pads+springs are, do they need replacing, if so, how?

Info would be much appreciated!!

its a 47cc air cooled chinese made pocket bike.
I got it from Boss Machinery, Perth

Everything is stock i am sad to say, but im gona get some stuff such as: a good air filter, better timing key and so on.
What do u suggest i get, which is good and cheap

sponge filter, use kerosene and two stroke oil 40:1/50:1

i found when racing an rc car the best thing to clean a filter is degreaser, then use a proper filter oil and 'massage' it through evenly, should be the same for bike unless u use a paper filter element, i'm talking about foam

I was wonderin about it the other day and had no clue how fast it goes... :?

how fast, with lets say a 50kg person riding... at top end????
