Question i need help (last time i swear)

Hey all, i just want to know, is it worth buying a cheapo bike ($250 brand new) and changing a few things to make it go harder? or will it just blow sooner or l8r? if not wat should i do to give it a heap more power? any answer is very appreciated, thank you all very much

for your budget you will get a new ebay air cooled cag delivered to your door,
if your lucky you may pick up a second hand water cooled B1 rep (that may need work)

keep a eye out u never know what you will find on ebay

a CAG will go ok as long as you treat it right.
there are alot of aftermarket parts available and they are super cheap for these bikes. i dont know of many people that race standard CAG's anymore, their all modified.

but if you can get a watercooled with your budget, then definately do that, because a watercooled bike will always go harder than a modified CAG, and you can mod the watercooled bikes too.
everyone who owns a CAG will end up upgrading to a water cooled bike anyway

greeny is an unknown quantity at this point
try and get a watercooled bike. It is worth saving that extra bit of cash ($350-$450) to get a quick, relatively reliable bike. It can be good to buy a second hand one off somebody that knows what they are doing because it will most likely be set up properly, have the little rinkles ironed out and may come with a few spares. Plus you can probably watch it go before buying it, or talk to people who have seen it go. This is a great place to look, and get down to your local track for a look and see what everyone else is riding, and winning on.
