if you go through the thread you can see the stack two flywheels and coils on top of each other 90 degrees opposed.

as for the radial it sounds cool, if you enjoy spending all that time making a motor that puts out roughly the same horsepower as a semi decent built replica watercooled

did you work out the starting problem on yours?

if you also look...there are two coils, one per flywheel. and i think its time for bed for you...i think you mean 180 degrees, not 90

of course, id love the chance to do it, but i dont have the tools, machinery or parts/money to pull it off. (if you know anyone that fits the build, then i dont think it would do any harm to pitch it to them)

not really, i havnt tried too much, as i dont have any fuel hoses for the bike at the moment, so i had to put some fuel directly into the float of the carbies to try and start them, although, the flywheel i "modified" definatly works, as thats the side i tried to fire first.

Thumbs up 9-18 hp

im starting to think...if anyone has 3 or more piston port chainsaw or whipper snipper motors exactly the same, then it would be possible to make a 2 stroke radial.

just think people...3 cylinder 150cc 2 stroke radial in a pocket bike.
that would have a horsepower potential of between 9-18 hp
all you would really need to do, is make a sealed crank case (no need for reed valves) and a set of custom con rods, all on the one crank lobe/journal

RADIAL POCKET BIKE...sounds like a hell of a lot of fun, an air cooled pocket bike, that keeps up with euros, thumpsters...and some go karts, not to mention the wow factor
reeper. If you got a good Euro bike you would have up to 18hp and less work.Have a think about it.It would last to.2 cylinder CAGS dont work. Its been done before. If ya want air cooled power then go the husky 55 on the cag bottom end.I sold mine to a young fella on the weekend. He took it out and highsided it on the second corner.Funny it was.
Cheers
