Sounds like a dirty needle and seat and its running very rich. This may help..

The "my bike wont start and/or leaks" thread

Ok guys, how do you tune the engine, i tried the screw with the spring on the side and that must be idle.

Problems are as follows:

1.Takeoff from stand still on full throttle creates bog and almost dies.
2.When idleing, if you rev it a little bit, revs increase, but when released, idle remains high for a few seconds and dies down.

Send a message via MSN to mac90
you may have to re jet it to a smaller jet size
if your not already running a NGK brand plug id advise getting one a bad plug can also cause bad spark & not burn the air fuel mix

once you have done those 2 steps you could could try a 10 degree advance timing key it may help also
