Go over the bike with a fine tooth comb. Make sure nothing is is loose or misalligned. As for break in. Use 25:1 petrol to mineral 2 stroke oil ratio and just ride the thing. Just don't hold it at peak revs for long periods of time. 2 seconds or so at peak revs then back off slow down and then get back on it. Basicly for typical car park racing in tight conditions I think is the perfect way of breaking in a CAG motor.

IMO at the end of the day it doesn't seem to matter how you break them in. The tollerances are so crap the engine either works well from the word go or blows up. Going super easy on it just prolongs the engine slightly longer before it goes boom or ends up running poorly and leaves you scratching your head.
