woahhh lets pump the brakes here lol too much going on in that paragraph.

as for the fuel overflow you just have some shit caught in the carb needle. take the bottom of the carby off and THOROUGHLY (dont just blow through it wash the thing out with petrol) clean the needle and jet the float connects to.

change all the fuel lines for good car type and get a BZM fuel filter and fuel tap then drill through the crappy stock one.

now as for the chain check that its properly alligned with the front sprocket. that is the main reason itll come off aside from being too tight. you can tension them up pretty tight seeing as though they dont have any suspension etc.

dont know what you mean by the last part but try put up some pictures of it.

if its a 2 stroke 49cc air cooled, u should of mixed 25:1 fuel:2stroke oil, if u dont do this, your bike wont run soon. always do this. as for the woobles, take the wheels off, take and fit them up again urself. then use a leveler like the builders use and make sure its level along the side. thats as much as i can help so far, i dont even have my bike yet, lol should arrive 2day. i hope so anyway glen :P

thanks guys for the post backs the frame was bent heaps and i think im going to have to reinforce the frame cause i fixed it and then i got back on it and after a good floggin on it and a few bumps the rear wheel was hitting the exaust pipe is it cause its crappy or cause its made for kids? and as for the fuel mixture i was using about a 30:1 ratio and i found out that its a 50:1 is that a prob or is it ok?

i aggree with luke on the level thing.Works great. You think its straight untill up put the level on.Once its straight you have a smooth running chain, and no wear marks on the sides of the rear sprocket.GOOD TIP.
Cheers
beans:o)

use 25:1 or 32:1 at the leanest. 50:1 = fried engine.
