Quality Wheel Bearings

Hi everyone, I have 6000 series PFI premium quality wheel bearings for sale. These bearings are plastic dust cover bearings which almost completely stop all dust and dirt entering the bearing race. Standard type bearings with steel cages do let dust in and slowly reduce the efficiency of your wheel bearings. They are rated C3 which is perfect for pocket bikes in high speed situations. The C3 rating allows for some expansion due to heating at high speed. IF YOU HAVENT ALREADY REPLACED YOUR STANDARD CHINESE BEARINGS, YOU SHOULD. Changing your standard bearings will reduce flexing during cornering and reduce drag caused by cheap bearings. Less drag mean more accelleration. Set of 4 bearings, $19 including postage Australia wide.

Hi,
Your right about the C3 bearing being the best for our bikes..
Wheels or crank cases
You will know if there C3s as they will say it on the rubberseal
I went and seen my mate at Nachi on tuesday and picked up 3 dozen Nachi rubber seal 6000z NSE C3 bearings at $1.50 ea
Going back friday to pick up some 6202 C3s for the crank cases..
But sorry i agreed not to sell them to anyone and no i wont just give them to you (smart ass)
Its amazing the mark up on these things :x
There is a difference between the 2 the C3 ball bearings have more clearence between the ball bearings inside..
Ive seen these bearings anywhere from $5.00-$8.00ea and thats for a standard Nachi or skf rubber seal bearing not even C3s. :x
Regards dubsak...........

Shielded

These ones are shields. As I said though, the plastic seals are far better than the steel cage version. The steel has slits which allow ingress of crap into the bearing.

The other reason we have gone with these bearings is some tricky guys out there use the old trick of removing the seals and lubing up the bearing cage with light machine oil. You get crap in there easily, but the bearings spin extremely freely.

OK so there's my trade secret...... hmmmm

Its an old karting trick. Does work well.

You cant do it with proper sealed bearings.
