yes don,t play around with the spring, buy a complete unit.

ive replaced the spring thas in mine and i had no probs with it for ages
so y do u say not too mess round wif the spring???

the recoil spring can be very tricky for some to replace but if you know how to replace this spring thats good, i do advise people to just buy a complete re coil unit if in doubt.
