Hey buddy I can't offer you a 5 degree timing key but there's some suggestions I can offer you. You can take a standard timing key and file about 1/4 off the left hand side on the top which will rotate the flywheel roughly 5 degrees or you can install the flywheel with no key. If the flywheel is fastened onto the tapered crank properally there should be virtually no chance of it ever slipping and throwing your timing off. It's a bit risky doing it this way however.

Ah........ the old bastard file.

If your good with an angle grinder its much easier. Make sure you use a thin disc though.

Bennyboy. Running no key means that the flywheel can be positioned anywhere on the crankshaft. One of the joys of a tapered fit is it locks on so tight that there is near no chance of slippage occurring. It's just a matter of getting the thing on tight properally in the first place and locked in which can be tricky.

For you however I'd suggest keeping your ignition timing standard.

there was a seller on ebay who make keys to any degree you like but i have not seen anything from him try search for radial timing key

i wouldn't worry too much about timing if the 10degree key don't work well then your timing must be pretty close to correct
