reverse motor and parts

the trusty GP3 is off to its new home soonish so the motors and associated bits can go seperate. i know first hand how hard and expensive parts for these things are so get them cheap!

Modded reverse motor

includes:
- Polini pullstart
- Polini vented clutch housing (lets you adjust the clutch without removing any parts!)
- Polini ignition module
- Polini impellor + shaft + seals and belt.
- Modified 40cc 5 port head in place of the stock 3 port. ill chuck in the 3 port as well.
- Polini blue reeds.
- Zocchi replica exhaust with silencer. this is a good quality exhaust for a rep one and i have moddified the header to make it fit the RSR frame bikes. its the only aftermarket exhaust that will fit! much quieter then the stock one by far.
- Dellorto replica carb 19mm.
- modified gearbox to run dry = no oil or annoying oil leaks!! much smoother. spins at least twice as freely.

spares:
- stock clutch housing
- stock reed housing with bzm .25 reeds that are frayed on the end of one but still seal
- stock ignition box

$300 for it including shipping. have spent alot of time getting the motor how i like it and its going very well. plenty of bottom end for a 40cc!

will sell the accessories seperate if requested. i also have a spare stock reverse motor complete with a balanced crank for $200 that im just finishing up now. so that should be up next week latest.

should also note the usage of the motor. its been run on the stand for 10 minutes max and taken on a 30 minute ride to make sure it went okay. all bedded in and ready to rock

bump ^^

heres some pics of the motor. cleaned it all up a bit, i put the stock 3 port head on it as im using the 5 port on something else now. only thing you need is the top gasket for the carb ($4 or so)

**brand new piston and barrell + head never run at the track**

spares:
- stock clutch housing
- stock reed housing with bzm .25 reeds that are frayed on the end.
- stock ignition box

$200 ONO

also have a motor for spare parts entirely so if you are after any spares or just a spare motor in general let me know which bit you need.

the gp3 bits are tricky to get unless you go overseas to crossan or PBP so get em while you can.

only slightly so but given the design and it being watercooled its at least 6-7hp compared to maybe 2 or so of the piston port aircooleds

and you can work them up to a good 12-13hp if you want to start putting in better cranks and barrells too (bzm stuff)

really?
i doubt you will be able to handle the power of these bikes.
bzm engines make around 16hp and they cost ALOT

more or less anything water cooled will blast the aircooled chinese motors out of the water.

there was an R1 with a banshee motor in it in the gallery a while ago if you have a look so im sure its possible if you put some effort into it (obviously not gunna be a straight swap.

maybe you should just look at getting a watercooled bike straight out if you want something excessively fast
