BZM 6 port

Hey guys,

selling off my BZM head set and piston as it DOES NOT fit the new 620 cases i have ordered!

cylinder has barely been used ive ridden the bike 3 times since i put the kit on and just started the rest of the time.

no damage at all, it has been run extremely rich :P complete kit minus the spacers for the top engine mount or top end bearing. (mine didnt come with them to begin with FYI)

will only fit the polini based motors

$400 pictures soon

why dont they fit the 620 cases? I was going to buy a set of those cases but if they dont fit i wont bother. Were you running your 6-port on the polini rep bottom end?

Glen, i would get rid of the 620 cases, buy a set of genuine polini ones.

I run the 6-port top end on the polini rep cases with the polini blue crank. I set the squish between 0.48mm-0.52mm. If you set it with a little more compression it has better bottom end. On fast, flowing tracks run less compression and you free up a few revs. The front two holes on my BZM kit are slotted, is this the same on yours? I thought it would fit the bzm cases.

Ultimately, if you already have the polini crank and polini BZM kit, it would make sense to buy the polini cases which are cheaper than bzm 620's. I have had no issue with my motor, and it has a very broad spread of power when compared to the polini 5-port 50cc top-end which is insane in its delivery.

What reeds are you running?

hey greeny bzm and polini cases have different stud positions you can make bzm fit polini but i dont think polini's can fit bzm if that make's sense he is obviously running a bzm head but made to suit the polini hey glen if i were you id stick with the polini cases both cases in stock form are the same the polini cases are just as good but on the other hand if your gona get 620 cases buy the latset bzm racing gold cases they have a huge opening on the reed area probably a way better case than both stock polini and bzm
