well like i said ill gladly prove it if someone can get a speed camera or knows a cop who has access to one.
if i overtake a vmoto scooter like he had stopped (and they have max speed of 65kms roughly) then im sure im movin.
i will do a search and try to find specs on the kit i put in the engine.
the engine was also running on hks110 if that makes a difference

L7Tech : if someone has 1 to use then yer i will but im not gonna go buy 1 to sell my bike.

racer182 : i got my kit from ebay. and before the haters say anythin no its not made in china.
was made by some performance shop in melbourne.

the bore is red, the 2 piece head is gold if that helps any. it says its good for 6hp from the 2.?hp std. was advertised as a stage 4 upgrade kit. pretty sure the seller was hyperpocketparts. the piston has 2 holes at the front and 1 at the back i think. came with 2 squish plates but i only used 1. came with the new rod and gudgeon and circlips, basically everything for the 52cc upgrade.
in the kit it also had timing advance key, lightened flywheel, alloy pullstart, alloy intake manifold, dellorto carby with pod filter and fatboy pipe. also came with a smaller fuel tank to suit the pipe. the upgraded fuel cut off and engine cut off and chain tensioners i bought from movement.

it was 385 inc postage. been checking ebay to put a link up here but they arent on anymore.

and yes you guys are correct it hasnt done 92kmp/h it was 82. sorry for the mix up, my bad.

the carby is the dellorto one. whichever one it is that comes with the kits.
Cags straight out of the box with the standard 6/68 gearing will pull a maximum 61kmh at 13,000rpm and for this to happen you would have to have near perfect conditions not to mention you have to account for a perfectly tuned engine and rider weight as well! To do 82kmh your gearing would have to be minimum 7/60 with the engine revving to 14,000rpm! I'm not trying to put you down mate, Just trying more to educate. I have been through half a dozen cags and watercooled bikes trying to get best top speed and the best i've gotten so far is roughly 85kmh on a modified blata rep with 8/64 gearing and i weigh 62kgs....so i hate to say it but there is no way your cag even with all those mods can do 82kmh.....its just not possible.

those kits were all chinese, just because a bloke sells them in melbourne doesnt mean they weren't from China.
ive been in contact with his supplier and i am thinking about getting all of those parts in and im thinking about selling full race kits with the performance engine and other gear, but more on that when i actually order the parts.

so your telling me i need a bigger front cog (more teeth) to get a higher top seed? do some rethinking buddy, how does a mountain bike work? bigger cogs = lower speeds more acceleration.

i now have the bike back in my posession so anyone who wants me to prove the speeds call me on 0424575645 and we will settle this once and for all.

"so your telling me i need a bigger front cog (more teeth)"

yes he is right. think about it

if you have a front sprocket with the same number of teeth as the rear - the rear wheel will spin the same RPM as the motor.

if you have a front sprocket with 1/2 the number of teeth as the rear the rear wheel will spin half the speed of the motor.
