Quick Turn Throttle

How do those quick turn throttles work? I'm sick of straining my wrist with the stock throttle and was wondering if there's someway to adjust its sensitivity. Otherwise it's a $49 mod. Any help?

Domino, best quick throttles you can get and they work a treat and snap like anything!!!!
They come all GRC bikes and Dm. They are italian made.

how much movement do u have in the quick turn compared to the stock unit will a thumb throttle do the same as quick turn
