timing key

gday i was just wondering how you use a timing key where do you put it im a fair newbie to pocketbikes ive taken apart a a 2 n 4 stroke mower just dnt no much about the performance end of things

hey u take of ur flywheel by puting 2 screw drivers behind it and slowely and softly leaver it of then u should see ur stock timing key siting in the crank arm remove that and p[ut the performance timing key in the crank sleeve for the key but with the wedge facing the exhuast then crank bak on

Are timing keys any good?? i dont see how that little thing could give u that much performance

Timing keys are abit of a hit or miss, they work wonders on some engines and dont make a difference on others. Advanced timing keys or rocket keys advance the timing of igniton by 10 degrees.
