18mm PHGB - the phvbs suit the blata style motors a bit better in design.

18mm, 19mm and 20mm phgb all work very well

would it be beneficial to take the little arm things (the little metal arms that control reed lift) off the reed block and put a 7mm reed spacer on there so the reeds can open up further?

leave the reed stoppers on, just bend them as far as you can before they rub on the crank. no need for a reed spacer, they can open up plenty in the 620 cases.

dont forget either that motor is possibly one of the faster ones in australia, so id be inclined to leave it as is cons bikes where FAST at wcr it looked like everyone else was standing still.

the 3 iron definitely. i think the latest one is orange, but ask danny he'll know.

looks like you need a pullstart. interested in the new BZM red anodized race one? i was gunna use it on my bzm motor but i sold the crankcases and id have to mill them up pretty good to make them fit the polinis. $170 if you want with shipping was $180 from danny.

is that going in the dreambike btw? youll have a heap of fun with that.

i would love that pull start, but the budget doesnt allow room for a $170 pull start right at this moment.

haha yeah its going in the dream bike. after ive finished the engine my next thing to do is get a metal working company to make me a rear swing arm out of steel or preferably aluminium.

cheers
