Hey mate, over here in Adelaide SA we can get the chinese polini 50cc motors complete with carbi etc for $160 brand new.
These are great motors, one guy here has just fitted one with a BZM exhaust and BZM clutch everyhting else is stock ie no porting and it goes like stink.
AS for the WRS motors 2 guys here have them as well and they go extremely well, very impressive power out put from them. Plus the bikes look awsome aswell.
Dazza from Oz mini moto will be able to sort out the fitting of all parts for you. Try his link on this forum to ask him.

This will depend on what BZM, Polini or Blata engine you are comparing them to.
The Blata 40cc is a stronger engine package in the Victory kit than any BZM or Polini 40cc engine.

As Blata don't factory make a 50cc motor, the BZM 50cc engine is stronger than the Polini 50cc engine.
But, put a BZM 50cc kit on the Blata bottom end, then Blata is stronger down low than the BZM 50cc, but are much the same mid and up top.

The new O R engine 50cc from Phantom is showing great results in Europe with better mid range than the BZM 50cc.

But it doesn't matter what engine you choose as it comes down to two things, rider and also if you know how to set up the bike.

hey dude i have seen a few wrs blata go and they are buy far the quickest stock 40cc's they will give bzm and polini's a run for the money they are very reliable to over all power they might not have as much but you can hardly compare a 40cc to a 50cc

because 10 minutes on a mill to carve out the reed area and boost port is enough to make them exactly the same as the 620 cases. i have a set at the moment. theres alot of machining mistakes in them for the $250..

hey glen i think you will find there are no mistakes in the cases, on the back of the barrel you should find a code on the end of that code it should say ,07, 06 or 05 im not one hundred percent on this but from wat i read a few months back that stand for the year made ,i have 3 different sets of bzm 620 cases and they are all different and are all from a different year from wat i read all 07 barrels will match 07 cases wen i bought my a/c bzm 5 port 50cc it was all 07 and the ports were perfect out of the box no matching needed but wen i damaged the old a/c barrel i put a new barrel on marked 06 it was a little bit different i think its just maching for barrels, but i could of been reading some ones make believe story wen i was searching about it to lols

Hey Glen,
Most of the BZM barrels need dags taken out of the ports in the barrels.
Most things are mass produced, only a few manufactures fix these little dags before their sale.
