Zocchi 3 shoe on banshee

Hi all.

Again im having banshee clutch problems. The zocchi 3 shoe adjustable clutch i have put on my banshee has very little clearance inside the drum. probably less than a mm all the way around (bout a 1mm if the clutch is pushed to the edge). The Clutch works fine when it is cold, as soon as you do 1 and a half laps and it heats up im assuming that it expanding and then engaging to early. It is bogging the engine down in low revs. When I got the clutch Daz recomended to have it set at 21mm, but ive cranked the springs down to 18mm and it helps a bit but it is still engaging to early. I already have an 80mm drum and thinking maybe i should file off some clutch pad or something as the springs are way past the recomended tension already.

Any suggestions??

I have a bzm 3shoe 80mm clutch on my banshee with an 80mm drum and am pretty sure i have my springs cranked down to about 15-16mm and its sweet.
Just keep playing with it mate, clutches take a bit to get right
