If you plan on running the dellorto race carb be prepared to buy another emolsion tube or modify the original as they are designed for a 4 stroke apparently.
I know of someone that had quite a bit of trouble settin his up on his banshee

A little off topic but i want a self cooling 80mm clutch drum for the banshee. As usual I havent pulled it apart to check and want to order stuff now. Do I need to get one with a pulley or does the pully thingy run off the pinion? Gonna get bzm. If anyone knows that would be ace

Hey mate,
The pully is seperate to the bell so you could reuse the old one if need be,it sits under and is held in place by the pinion when tightened up.
Whats id also be looking at depending on the age of the clutch housing is to maybe get a new housing bearing aswell and make it all new.
One thing is,with the bzm self cooling clutch bell,im pretty sure you will have to modify the housing to accomodate it if its the stock banshee one
Crash dummy has done this before so hed be able to help ya out
Anyways good luck, Theo

So are you saying that there is no actual difference between the bzm pulley clutch drum and the standard one except the pulley one is shipped with a pulley. I was under the impression that they were different drums alltogether. Im happy to keep the standard pulley (the bikes only done a few tanks) but the zocci 3 shoe clutch that is in there is a really tight squeeze in the drum cos there is almost no clearence. (less than a mm) as soon as the clutch heats up and expands it engages way too early. the springs are already massively cranked. I really just want an 80mm drum so I can tune it better. Cant be assed with moding the bell so i will probably just get a standard non pulley bZm 80mm and see how it goes.
