i think ozminimoto sells one or you could go to repco or somewhere similar and buy a harmonic balancer remover which will work just as good.
Alternatively you cant use your clutch bolts on the 2 little holes on the flywheel... you put them in quite far then turn the flywheel until is gets stuck undo the bolts a little move it a tiny bit so the bit stopping it from turning is under the holes then evenly tighten the screws little by little. BUT you could BREAK something.

You can just make one from a piece of flat plate & 3 bolts

You can use the old 2 bolts through the flywheel trick, tension them against the crankcase so they are pushing the flywheel off , then screwing in the crank bolt a few turns a couple of swift taps with a hammer will usually get them off

Although this method can be a touch rough on the case & crank bearings, you usually only need to remove the flywheel when doing a full rebuild or changing cranks !!

if you do decide to make one you can make a combination puller that will do the clutch as well as flywheel !

hey i'v had 3 cag pocket bikes and the easyest way i'v got my flywheel off was
1. take the middle bolt out
2. get a hamma
3. put the part were u get nails out with under the bottom of the flywheel under the little bit that sticks out under the fins. rest the top of the hamma at the bottom of the engine were the engine bolts onto the frame
4. and very gently push the handle stright down
and it should pop off in seconds..
ohh if u look at the flywheel were u'v taken the bolt out thers a rectangle part that's cut out from the hole make sure this is at about 11 o clock.. and make sure ur very carfull dont apply to much pressure cause u can easyly break something..

To get a cag flywheel off i find the best way is to take two bolts and thread them through the flywheel untill they press up against the crank case. Then it pops right off. The size you need is m4 i think.
