Correct fuel line setup on a walbro carby consists of the bottom fuel line being the inlet to the carby. So fuel from the tank goes into the bottom of the carb, The primer bulb sucks fuel up through the fuel pump and metering chamber and then blows out out the top nipple which is a return to the fuel tank.

Depending on which kit you got they generally have a little bracket mounted to the top of the carby. You feed the throttle cable through that then install the spring over the throttle cable and clip the end of the cable into the little swivel on the throttle pully like bit on the carby.

That's the general setup. Now if you have a different kit then we've got problems with my discription.

whats wrong with the cable.is it to long.or to short.you need to fit it to the throttle first. Then go to the carby.if to long then solder a small peice of brass tube or get a strip connector and screw that on.Have you got any pics to help us bennyboy213

what the hell.. how am i meant to run 2 fuel lines :S. .. the primer bulb sits on the bottom correct??

theres nothing that can bring the fuel back up to the tank :S..
if i connect it to the bottom. the bulb sucks it up ??

and thats how the fuel works. wow.. hps are confusing lol...
also i dont see anything that the throttle cable can connect into up to the top of the carby :S:S .. also there is a thing that turns on the side of the carby which opens the hole. although i dont see how the standard cag throttle cable can connect to that..

The primber bulb goes on top mate
IF you have it upside down the carby won't get the induction pulse that drives the fuel pump and the carby will flat out refuse to work.

Yep absolutely it'll idle with no cable. You can twist the throttle on the carby to rev it too.

ok... i dont know what to do anymore...
ive turned everything upside down and sideways and grrr!! the carby.. DOES NOT FIT. unless the primer bulb is on the bottom...

now.. ive tried swapping over.. ive tried making the reed to carb manifold. face downwards instead.. but that doesnt change nothing...
please correct me if im wrong.. the place on the carby where u set the choke is closest to the air filter yes??

and the throttle is the one closer to the reed cage...

i really need help.. i dont kno what to do anymore..
