ive seen that too, looks quite good actually. has all the latest china parts all bundled into one pack. i got a list of parts and it had a "4 piece head kit" listed in it and i see the same there. nfi what it is but looks fine for that sort of money.

yeh mate how are you..
if this is the kit for sale by hyper pocket bikes...
it is the kit i got... 3D ported head kit stage 4...
claim is 6.2hp... i got the guys to build me a engine
with the head kit on and everything also the dellorto carb...
the bike goes like a rocket... fantastic power...
depends on your gear ratio set up... im running 7/74 and it goes hard
im running that kinda ratio cos im about 90kg and need the low down go-go
but if you a light fella you can run maybe a 7/68 and it will fly and keep going top end...anyway i think the kit is worth the money...
one trouble though... i threaded the dome in the head were the spark plug goes into...im trying to get ahold of the hyper pocket bike parts guy... but he wont answer his phone....
anyway.. great headkit.....

Just curious racer182, what's the fastest bike you've ridden? My opinion is that the Hyper Pocket Bike guys are making false claims with their "dyno graph". And even if the kit really does produce 6.5HP compared to the 2.5HP a stock engine produces, it's sort of like claiming that a product will increase your penis length from 2.5cm to 6.5cm, it's still embarrassingly unimpressive...

hey squeeby. how are ya mate...
yeh i understand what ya saying... there claim on the 6.2 hp is proberly
a bit off...
i was saying the power is fantastic and stuff that compared to a stock cag...
thats what i had before and now with the kit.. its just given it heaps more power...
your question.. the fastest bike i ridden... ?
a blata rep.. not the most powerful thing, i know ... compared to what you guys race. my blata rep is tame hey...
just wanted to let the guy know i had one of those kits and i thought they were good head kits for the money....

they are actually a copy of a ADA kit

its also called a 3d kit on the ada webpage here is the link ADA Racing 44mm Pocket Bike w/Boost Port Head Kit
they run the 10mm crank pin they tend to rev a little harder with the smaller pin & a 32 mm stroke = 48.7cc

rather than the 12 mm pin & 33 mm stroke that makes them 50.177cc

ADA price is $109 for the headkit alone plus shipping cost from USA so the kits from hyper pocket parts are very good value

not sure M8 drop a email to RD or dazza they may be able to help
if not you can pick them up from daves motors from USA they are well priced & reliable

you may be able to use a fatter plug with the same length reach & have the thread in the dome re tapped to suit a fatter plug ?
or even take it & the plug to a fitter or machine shop & get a quote on them making you one from alloy or steel for strength
