Clutch key... Jetting....

Hey.

I just got a aliminum clutch off ebay with better springs cuz me stock one broke..

The clutch has a gap out of it for a key but the crank dosent...

Can i still use it??

JETTING
I got my Del'orto rep 14/14 slide carb ( Ozminimoto - Mini Pocket Bikes - Product Detail)

My bike has this head kit and f/c crank Ozminimoto - Mini Pocket Bikes - Product Detail
lightened flywheel, triple stage reeds, timing key.

What jet size would you reccomend me using?
For $5.50 a piece i dont wanna have to get many.....
Is there anywhere i can get em cheaper?

Thanks

the clutch is fine just put a bit of locktight on it the full circle crank's dont have a key in the clutch side same with some stock cranks

jetting a .70 or 70 is what i usually throw in them some may need a 72-75

contact hyperpocket parts on ebay he usually has full jet kits with his carbs im sure he will have a few spare kits or email dazza from ozminimoto he may have them, they are fairly cheap
or cheaper if you get the full jet kit (usually 5 or 6 different jets in the full kit)

Dazza is an unknown quantity at this point
The jets I have are the genuine Dell'Orto jets, hence the $5.50 each price.
I don't have the chinese copy jets, best to contact hyper for the chinese jets.

Also the Aluminium manifold cracked then snapped when i tightened it onto the motor!!!!!

The Chinese alloy is very poor quality.
The bolt is not meant to be tightened too much.
