FatBoy Exhaust Problem

Hi, I got my pipe today and i cant fix it. Problem is the tank is too big. .Is it OK if i hammer the chamber abit to fix the original tank? And how to tie the pipe to the frame as i notice that at the end there isnt any bracket for me to tie to the frame? Anyone?

Did you get the smaller tank with the pipe or are you using original tank?

alot of the fat boy pipes come close to the plug espically when using a 2 or 3 piece head kit

put some heat wrap (heat bandage)either around the top of the plug lead or around the header pipe near the plug

you may have to remove the pipe to change the plug on some bikes

on the cheap fatboy kits u just get a metal strap

with the older thicker good quality fatboy pipes you used to get a heavy duty triangular shaped bracket, GT pocketracing has one on ebay i think
