Walbro HP Return line

Just wondering, those who use the Walbro 603 carb on a CAG, how did you install the return line? Cheers.

But the instructions say that it can affect tuning and performance of the carb. I guess it can be left open rather than closed off?

all it does is allow fuel to flow back into the fuel tank if theres an excess in the pump IIRC. i never noticed any fuel in the line so i just let it dump out the bike. (which you cant have for most tracks btw but this was on a bush basher quad)

but yeah make sure you tap into the top of the fuel tank. im sure it would probably have an adverse effect on things if you put the return line in the bottom of the tank

Ok cool. I haven't actually got one yet, but looking at getting this carb soon to compliment a headkit later down the track.
