Fatboy and Heatkit

hi guys... just want to ask what people have done to fix he problem ?

i already have a few mods on my cag including a fatboy exhaust
im thinking about getting a head kit, but i have heard from a few
people that the fat boy pipes may and may not fit on when you have
a head kit..
please let me know if you guys have come accross the problem
of the fatboy not fiiting and what have you done to fix it...

The fatboy does fit with the kit you were looking at getting dude.
If you have any fitment problems at all it's an easy fix. You just open up the mounting holes on the header so you can twist the header slightly and it will clear the head and spark plug without any dramas.

when i put my fatboy on i had to grind out one of the metal braces on my frame for it to fit. but since you have it on already im sure yours will be fine.

yeh cheers grantlington... the bike already got the fatboy fitted. it all fits good but when i put the headkit on i was just wondering what other ways i can fit on the fat boy if it doesnt fit with the headkit.... i head something about putting on a smaller spark plug... what else do u guys think i could do

when i had a cag! i loved the fatboy exhaust kit on it. It sounded so much better and gave it great power gains!

dude my spark plug id quite long but the fat boy still fits.

if it does foul on the Spark plug a bit there is no harm in denting the fatboy a little bit. i have seen it before and the bike works fine.

Thats one problem with the Fatboy Kit, you usually have to remove the exhaust to get to the Spark Plug!
