got bored and made up some metal radiator pipes to see if that changed the temperature a bit. there a prick to get on and off so i might not keep them but the old pipes perished, so had to do something different anyway. they definitely get nice and hot when your running the bike so seems like they do the job. will have to see how much temperature it knocks off at the track.

also note, if you have the special evo cylinder (316b/4) you HAVE to plug up the bottom water journal holes! itll knock 5 degrees off the running temp and stop the leaks.

dont think it turned out tooo bad.

hey glen,looking good mate,those radiators are good for ripping your fingers open,soooo sharp!!!!!!i have done that a few times and have thrown them out the workshop with half my finger on it,gotta love chinese safety!!!!!!!

LOL the bends on the side of the radiator where done by my fingers i think i can see skin on there i guess its good the bike has a little bit of me in it hahah
