There is some porting done to this motor is that allowed in the basic watercooled class I thought no material was allowed to be removed even squish.? If this is incorrect then I should enter my bike it has this work done also.

Your right ShotGun, NO port work at all in basic chinese watercooled.
Otherwise it moves up to the open Chinese class.

I have just realised something that is my old bike which had a red white and blue fairing. this motor had squish done, ports open both crank case and top end it was a fresh motor when I sold it, the guy I sold it to only rode it a couple of time it scared him so he went back to a cateye ha. you bought a good motor there and you have pulled it apart and putting a 46 on it you may as well change the crankcase while you are at it that had a fair bit of material removed for boost port etc. It is a shame I was really dissapointed I had to let this bike go this motor was very strong as is at the pits and that was before I had the squish re-set as it was set incorrectly by someone who will name nameless.
The bike it self was in great nick when I sold it you have bought a very good bike there it was something I did not want to part with but I had no choice was no room in the shed for all the bikes.

That really annoys me. I really look after my bikes that is why they very rarely break down. They are always maintained after every use they are cleaned and checked.
Good luck with it I am keen to see the finished product at least it has a good home now. All the best.
