Glens Hybrid dreambike

Some pics of my dreambike ive been working on for the euro class to compliment my (lame) GP3.

As i got it from viperformance in vic. complete rolling frame with a banshee motor shoved into it.

Mods so far

- BZM 40cc pipe
- Polini blue stuffed crank
- Ported crankcase (increase the reed lift and a few other bits)
- Slightly ported rep head which is being replaced with the BZM 6 port soon.
- 68 Tooth ergal rear sprocket
- Banshee split rims
- T40 tyres
- BZM high flow water pump
- BZM 2 shoe clutch with 80mm BZM clutch bell
- Genuine dreambike tank
- Polini Blue reeds
- 0.48 squish
- Euro quick turn throttle (very nice..)
- BZM chain

its an extremely light bike and has a great riding position when you combine the footpegs. i think one could get some fast lap times with it!

as i got it

BZM rear drive pump. fits right in!

ergal sprocket and pulley. i had to lathe the center of the pulley out and drill it so it was a good enough fit. works great. the sprocket is so gawd damn light.

All done bar the water pipes in the pics. i sealed the exhaust up using an oring thats melted onto the join and that seems to work great. good tip beans!

should make its debut at the next (hopefully not) / last indy meet so ill really smash the thing

next job is save up for the BZM 6 port..

i was thinking that today actually! but i think to get it shiny youd have to gouge into the metal quite a way to get it polished. thoughts?

YouTube - Polini dreambike

the wheel stops too soon because the chain isnt aligned properly. all fixed now! and yes it runs out of fuel at the end and YES you dont have to point out that i push the killswitch at the end i thought i could cover it up! haha
