my beast, 46cc blata
Here is my new bike, its a blata rep.
Here is a few pics.
I started with the rebuild by taking off the fairings
the next part was to remove the fuel tank
I drew up a piece of paper with double sided tape to match up the screws

Here is my selection of screws that i used for the main chassis,
these are the bolts that were used for the rear trailing arms.
These are the bolts installed on the bike.
I changed these too.
Next was the motor,
I wanted to install my headkit (46cc)

Here is the crank
I hate that gasket goo stuff, so hard to get off
I noticed with the bike though that part of the motor had been machined,
this matched perfectly with the small piece missing off the actual cylinder guides on the cylinder
