Thumbs up My Z1

Here is a couple of pics of the Z1 I just purchased frpm Maylands Performance.
Specs are in my signature.
Raced it last Saturday, what a beast, this thing flies.
Let me know what you think of it.
And be nice about it lol.

yes they are a nice bike & well built for a rep

only thing i would suss out is the cooling system is set up properly so the coolant flows through the cores of the radiator & not just the side tank

the banshee & GP3 reps are set up wrong from new & the Z1 looks to be similer to the GP3 rep radiator
glen installed a genuine blata radiator on his GP3 bike & im sure it will run alot cooler & be more reliable than the stock setup

Hi Mac90
Thanks for the advise.
Given I bought this bike from Maylands Im sure it is set up correctly. Brian knows the ins and outs when it comes to performance parts and set ups. I have seen this bike race several times with its old team rider and I to have ridden it several times (on stinkin hot days) and it just does not get hot at all. I can run 50 odd laps if I want with no over heating problems at all other than my self lol.

Hi Frizzy.
I knew you would love our Z1 ex Team bike !! What was I thinking "giving it away at that price ?? LOL...
It is great to see you on on the old girl and willing to twist the throttle to the stops and take it to the limit !!

Ps...The look on your face once you changed to the correct 6/74 gearing was a Hoot ! ......Wheelie City !

Cheers Brian
