i think he drowned it in oil for the build & oil tends to seal things up well & not compress easy as you blokes know so it has some extra compression that wouldnt be there normally
hehehe but yeah well worth it just 4 the laugh

Yeah. My hands are caining bad now. I tried again today and did get it to start after adjusting the main jet needle. Now the bottom end is sopping rich and it's hard to start but it will start now. I've just gotta adjust the needle again to the second highest setting then it should idle and be able to start the run in process.

BTW for the record she's a 15:1 kit with .50 squish and i'm using some real juice in it. 98RON Premium unleaded petrol, 25:1 Maxima Castor 927 and 30% Toluene for a little octane boost Hopefully should be around the 105RON mark.

It's got a full tank of jungle juice and the fuel tap was on. That was the crappy part. Unless the mixture getting into the engine was just right you would end up lifting the bike and throwing it over your head.. Once the mix came close it got much easier to pull. I'm just worn out. I found it was kicking back on me real hard then on my last ditch effort i gave it the face and gave it the fricking YANK of death and it startedl

if you have an advance timing key fitted to this particular engine, try the stock key as this will help starting with no kick back.
