when you are driving around parks or quiet roads you have alot more chance of being caught by a ranger.. they are alot more leanient and you will get a 50 dollar fine and extra for no helmet.
coppers usually patrol main roads and only go to quiet suburban areas if theres usually a crime there, most sain people who ride there pocket bikes on the road ride them in very qiet roads.

yeah i would agree with that.

but i always wear a helmet - just in case.
