the races coming up will be awesom sign uop for the races it is about $80 toi become a member and that includes insurance and no dont ride around the street thats just stupid u gte cought by the cops can get a fine of up to $2000 can get ur bike taken of u and most of the time ull get a juvi warning

the races r fun and 1 every two weeks is good enough coz racing mucks around with ur bike so ull most probly be working on it till the next race

i dont think your right about the 2000 dollar fine thing mate.. my freinds have the mini dirt bikes and they were riding it around the parks, the roads, everywhere (pretty stupid i know) newayz they got caught aand the ranger just gave them a 50 dollar fine for ' riding an unliscensed vehicle' so i duno where u got ur 2000 dollar fine thing from????

In NSW you will be fined 500 for unlicensed, 500 for uninsured and 500 for unregistered. Pretty ouchy considering riding at a track costs $50ish

i ride on the roads in the parks down the footpaths through shopping centers and i have only been chased once hehe im good at hiding. only for the reson that thee is no club around here that i know of but we have a good gokart track which also has a minimoto x track how would i go about aproching the ownere to work something out can anyone hell me oh and can amin do something about the spammer

they can't take the bikes off you and the fine for riding a bike under 60cc is $115.00 with the possibility of being fined for unregistered riding.

i know this thread is a bit old but to my understanding-

if the coppers catch you,

you are driving an unlicenced vehicle
you are driving an unroadworthy vehicle
(if you dont have a licence) - driving while unlicenced
(if you try to run) - evading police

and you can also get fined for other numerous traffic offences.

Since you are driving an unroadworthy vehicle, they can take it off you on the spot (if you had a car that didnt have any indicators or brake lights and slick tyres they would not allow you to drive it home and make you call a tow truck.
If you have a licence you may lose it.

so the point is pretty clear - dont do it or hope for your sake that you never get caught.

So much easier to talk out of it if you ride in an empty car park or on the racing track.
