Spotted!

a green pocket bike riding on the street in hami hill/spearwood area yesterday.

Seen the same bike today on hamilton rd but this time he had the cops having a little chat to him. went back past about 20 mins later and the cops were still there.

does any one know if they confiscate the bike if you get caught?

This bloke was lucky as they let him push the bike home.

in melbourne,if you get caught they just give you a fine, they are not allowed to confiscate it. the fines are a max of $600 but you rarely get fined,as the cops think that pocket bikes are the coolest things in the world.i got caught and the cops started inspecting my bike, acting all tough, then they asked for a shot and just told me to do my helmet up...good blokes

lol thats cause ur bike is like THE SH*T lol, it dont look like any other.
but if ur good in qld u can always get away from cops, u just ride the opposite way down the road, but on the median strip, soo to pull u over they have to get out and run.
and stay on backroads. go to whereis and get a "backroad route" to where ur going, (i did a 25k trek the other day on my badboy)

na,this was done on my stock blata rep...
the cops love them here because in my area,im one of only a couple of people with the bikes,so when the cops see one, they take the chance to take a look at it
