can bikes be hired?

even though i have sold all my petrol toys, it doesnt mean that i am out of the sport completely. it was just too difficult to own one. so heres my question: i am pretty sure that the melbourne minimoto club hires out bikes at the port melbourne indoor track on wednesday evenings (can some1 confirm that this is still the case?), but does anyone hire out bikes at any times at the south morang track?
and does anyone know what types of bikes are hired out?

thanks,
matt

Port Melbourne indoor track is no more.
The MMMCI never was involved with the Port Melbourne indoor track on Wednesday nights.
You can hire only one type of bike which is a 110cc maxi bikes at south morang any time they are open, which is from around 9am to 7pm 7 days a week.

Don't know what happened with the indoor track.
You will need to contact The Track at South Morang for pricing.
They are R1 110cc bikes.

Barron Racing is on a distinguished road
port melb

hey r1 with the indoor track Danny Trecento used to run it,, unfortunatly a lady had an accident in a go kart there which resulted in her death last year,, this led to a full inquiry, the track is open again but to the best of my knowledge due to insurance reasons pocket bikes will never be allowed on that track again.. hope this helps,,, but the mmmci puts on a great day every meet at south morang and i would strongly reccomend u getting a new bike building it up and joining our great club.. u would not be dissapointed,, some times i dun get on the track for a few months due to various reasons but when i do its all worh it....and its a great feeling to be part of 2 wheeled motor sport on any level..
