My brother has a Leaded Cordia TURBO that he would sell for $300 fresh rebuilt ready to go.
But you would have to source a car to bolt it on to.

I really wish you luck. Most people won't let even a shagged engine engine sell for $300 let alone a drivable registered car. But it can't hurt to try can it ?
The one turbo car you might get though could be a Mazda MX6 Turbo. They aren't very popular at all. Also see if you can find a Sigma turbo. There aren't many around but you never know. You might find some fool who doesn't know or care what their car is.
