its not like you can't boost a v8 anyway, and even witha v8 you get the turbo boost felling all the time.
but hy i don't blame you, the fast and the furious tricked a whole generation into thinking electric pencil sharpeners as motors in glorified granny cars made them a racer.
i bet that jap shit has a milo tin on the back too. BAAAAAAHHHHmmmmmmmBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH
"what the fuck was that man did we just get passed by a weedwhacker at 75mph?"
i beg to differ... there is a 2jz powered datsun 240z in the states doing 9.30's and its street leagal. theres also a 2jz supra in america with 2300RWHP that is still road registered and does 8 sec quater mile times.

quickest street registered car in the world is v8. and there's a street dodge viper in the states that did a 7.99 with 400 less hp.
fastest 1/4 mile cars in the world are v8. if anything else worked better they'd be used, there's no other reason.

Well have you ever thought this guy was after something more than just straight line speed? Plus V8s are difficult and expensive to tune up, but saying that there is no replacement for displacement. Problem with most big v8 cars they don't corner nicely. Don't try and tell me they do because i did say MOST not all and i have drivin commodores and such wasn't too impressed. Well i'm one of the people that actually like cars from both sides of the world, as long as they have a decent chassis, but than again i like lots of cars with lousy ones. But at the end of the day, i prefer oldskool, to me it doesnt matter where it is from or what makes it go, as long as it is fast it suits me just fine.
