All stated reasons are probably quiet valid but only apply to race days (with the exception of rider and spectator safety). Practice days are generally fine and would suit a new rider no?
And just so I'm clear, I'm definatly not against Lakeside and certainly hope that racing takes off there without any of these problems you get at Archerfield.

Your right....

I guess changing rules mid season to suit certain teams is fine...

I guess dirty racing is also fine as long as your the one not on the receiving end...

I guess safety on and around the track for riders and spectators is top notch...

I guess the fighting between teams is just what everyone needs...

I guess when complaints to officials are made and end up falling on deaf ears is fine...

Your absolutly spot on.... It's not that bad...

The riders they used to have all leave for there own reasons...Just seems co-incidental they are the same reasons as mine...
sounds like a lot off sour grapes their glen

No sour grapes there at all...

As a matter of fact I got along with everyone at the track and never had any dramas myself...

But half the people there are treated like dirt and the other half, well....

The thing that drives people away is everything I stated above and the fact still remains that they are there own worst enemies...

And Squeeby, yea apart from saftey practice days are fine...As long as you actually get allocated track time .... But the thing that I couldn't stand was having to be there for 4 hrs to get 40-50mins track time 'cause the pocket bike riders have to wait around for motard and go-karts...

EDIT: I was not banned from the track, just chose to leave...

I left mainly for the bitching and fighting(was sick of hearing it)...

My wife and I started Lakeside solely to give riders the choice and somewhere SAFE to ride, 'cause IMO rider and spectator safety are paramount....By no means are we looking to poach Archerfields riders....

I never said that...

If you have happened to read the Lakeside thread it is all clear in that...

Motard are to be a seperate club to us... They are to run on a Saturday and we run on a Sunday...

The motard club sounds like it's going to huge with at least 60 riders...
