she is singing :D

Today, I broke in my engine!!!
  1. Gallon01 25:1
  2. Gallon02 35:1
  3. Gallon03(last) 50:1

Today I went higher then 3 RPMs and it scaried the crap out of me

my dad told me I was going at least 35 mph

WOW!!!

I have alot of respect for pocket bikes and love riding them

35 pretty fast for me as a beginner

from what I heard from guys on here, that is nothing

I heard they can go up to 45mph-more

Cheese it!

i prefer to run 25:1 all the time
sometimes i run 33 or 35:1
but 50:1 i think is 2 lean on oil for any Chinese bike in my opinion & the engine will get hotter & wear out rings & cylinders bearings etc much faster from the extra friction from using less oil

An air cooled engine should use a richer mix of oil to petrol. 25:1 is ideal as the oil is your engine's life blood for not only lubrication but also cooling. Extra oil carries heat away from the hot components and allows it to be dumped out the exhaust.

A fairly safe rule to live by in the world of 2 strokes and especially air cooled ones. You will continue to make MORE power due to reduced friction by adding oil right up until the point that the spark plug fouls.

when I used 35:1 it would run rich (oil coming out of the pipe)

the manuel and this site "Pocket Bike Usage" said 50:1

Pocket Bike Racing - Pocket Bike Usage

should I go 40:1??

almost all 2 strokes should have a little oil in the pipe then you know you have plenty of lube

when there is no oil deposited in the pipe then id be getting worried try the 40:1 & see how you go
